Are you a member of the American Motorcyclist Association?

I was just curious about any MH members here being a member of the AMA. I just wanted to let everyone know that it's only $40 for a yearly membership. As I am sure you all know they are an advocate for all motorcycles whether it be street or dirt. I am an alternate for the AMA Congress and every year we struggle to fight the good fight for right of all motorcyclists. It can get tough from time to time because there are lots of people against the dirt bikers and ATV. Sometimes even street bikers have problems. I just wanted to post this to ask if you can to please give the AMA our support.

Thank you.

Be careful and ride safe my brothers & sisters...

I'm a member. The $39 a year membership is basically free for me and actually pays me money back.

Included in membership is free roadside assistance for any vehicle you own. Also BikeBandit gives a 10% discount on all purchases, even sale and closeout prices.

Last year I used AMA roadside once and ordered over $1,000 from BB. So total value for me was ~$150 for which I paid only $39.

I am, and personally think that EVERY person that rides a motorcycle should be. Feel the same way about owning guns and being a member of the NRA.

I may not always agree with them, but they do fight for my rights as a rider.

I had been a member for years so i could compete in AMA sanctioned MX races. I stopped racing and havn't renewed my membership. Everyone should be a part of the AMA. They do alot for us behind the scenes.

There are perks for having a membership plus you get a magazine every month or every other month which is a good read also...
