The cylinder looks nice, looks like they bead blasted it before the bored/decked it.....usually you don't see that.....I like it though. They usually look like . Nice pattern on the hone too....

No go order some Three Bond sealant, start deburring the pistons/scuffing the pistons, install the fuel pump in the tank and start knocking out some of the little work...Also make sure everything is SURGICALLY CLEAN so I can put it back together with no issues. Also put the stock swing arm back on it and get the short chain ready..... CHOP CHOP....plenty to do...

We need to remember to take the freeze plugs out of your block before you ship it off since the new one doesn't have them. That will be a major boo boo if we forget.

A 1k motor in a small bike wont weigh . The 750 should move. I wont be on the spray at first.

Back tire and the move you on motor might be kinda close. You will prolly still walk around me on the big end though
