Just got work from Carolina Cycle that they got the cams back from Web. They repaired mine. It sounds bad they are all kinda repaired anyway. They are welded up stock cams. The head should ship this week. Shouldn't be too much longer. No mile though. Its too late.

It's running. I did a few heat cycles yesterday. I worked on some wiring that I needed to clean up. Its about ready for some shake down runs through the hood and an oil change.

It's running. I'm having a problem with the Bazzaz wire to the #1 Secondary injector. I have tried plugging the #2 injector wire into #1 and 1 into 2. I still get a code for #1. The only thing that cures the stumble and code is plugging the factory wires to the #1 secondary. That of course will not add the proper amount of fuel. It runs fine but there has to be a lean condition in the #1 cylinder. I'm looking into it more when I get a chance. I'm trying to eliminate the Bazzaz box having a failed driver. If it is the Bazzaz it may be time to eliminate it as a weak link and go with ECU editor and all the supporting wiring from Boost by Smith. I would need the nitrous harness, quick shifter, and air shifter harness. It will mean about 400 in parts and a whole new tune through the ECU. That will be about a 1000.00 change over.

I should get my box of filters by UPS today and get the oil change done. Im gonna hit the street after the oil change. I will have to take it real easy till I get to the bottom of the injector issue though.

I'm currently running Bazzaz FI, Auto tuner, quick shifter, and nitrous controller. I have done all of this wiring once already. Then there is all the wiring for the tether kill, pressure selectable bottle heater and nitrous solenoid. The nitrous controller is wired to a relay to perform a map switch when the nitrous is activated. I can do away with all the .

I look at it every now and then.LOL. I'm in the process of moving. Till I'm done with that it will sit. I have concerns that the cams are being worn again. If so, the metal will end up in the bearings. So, it's sitting till I open it up and check it out again. I need to figured this cam out and get her running right.

Its sitting in the garage mostly. I'm still not making the power it should be making. It runs good, its just not what it should be. I suspect the cam timing or the cams themselves.

Not sure. Didn't even ride mine anymore. That's the only reason I took David up on his offer. Was shopping campers when he called out of the blue. His old bike is calling me now. Can't decide. I just don't know if I care about riding right now. Since my divorce I just don't have the time.
