I rode it a few months last winter. It's a very capable bike but it's just TDB! (Too Damned Big)

Nice bike! Looks great in black.

I always liked the VFRs from the 98' model and up....I liked everything about them except the power....If they would just put some power in the thing and leave everything else the way it is, it would be the best ALL AROUND bike out there....

Maybe something like a V4 version of their RC51's twin(1000cc)..... Something to make 150-160rwhp, maybe a 1300-1400cc V4....but with everything else status quo.... I would definitely own one.

Sport touring with some freakin nuts...

what kind of lights are you putting on it?

I need to Patricksize the Blackbird.

(powder coat the wheels, black, of course, suspension, and tune-up-woohoo)

I can hardly wait!

Between your old 929 , 1000RR and now the BB, I don't miss my old VFR

(it resold here recently, hahaha)

Great bike! I LOVE my VFR... jealous you got the new style LV cans, I put them on and they didn't have the cones on the back of the cans which I think make them look so much better.

How are the bags working out for you? I just picked up a set of OEM bags w/ all the OEM brackets and hardware for $400 (good deal I thought), just need to get them painted to color match.

I haven't used the bags much yet. i'll probably get a chance to this April during a trip to the Hill Country. $400.00 is a good deal.

Nice scooter Pat!!

Did you have Brandon inspect/test ride and tell you all the usual suspects with that year model before you bought it?

Sold the R6 the other day so now Im really on the prowl for a tourer, still want a goldwing but Ive always liked the VFR
