Yamaha's New Paint Jobs

Anyones seen the new paint jobs for 2011, red with skulls. Very nice looking. Saw these at Katy Yamaha on the R1 and R6

I've read that they're not updating the bikes in 2011 which means the 2012 will be extra bad before the world ends. Is this true?
