Shoei RF-1100

I have been wearing a Scorpion Exo-1000, but I have found it to be very heavy, especially on longer rides. It's actually been quite fatiguing a few times (yeah go ahead call me a puss)....So I have been researching helmet options and found the RF-1100 has received lots of praise. I went to cycle gear to check them out and WOW! What a tremendous difference! Muuuuuch lighter, much more comfy, and I really like how simple it is. No goofy pump mechanism, no flip down sun visor, just a nice, high quality, light weight helmet...I got the "diabolic revelation" version because it's got a some really subtle ghosted graphics on the front and a totally bad a$$ not so subtle flaming skull thing on the back....looks pretty wicked...only thing is I'm in Louisiana for the weekend so I can't ride with it until next week ....anyway, here's a few shots:

ummm, I'll think about it . I got it for 430. def not a cheap lid, but not unreasonable for the quality, especially in comparison to my old helmet.

Love the design on yours. My buddy just picked up one as well for about the same price. I ride with a Scorpion EXO-700 and still want to upgrade to this one. He just uses this to go go-karting at Track 21. FML.
