i just say GSXR, then they usually ask who makes it. innocent enough question especially since theyre not being the know-it-all douche so i answer in kind. i actually dont run into too many of the know-it-alls thankfully, but every once i a while...every once in a while...every once in a while.....

LOL, don't copy me. My body position only works for short squat guys with little legs who can't reach the outside peg in a turn. It works for me, but mebbe not for you.

Congrats on the DRZ. What kind? SM? Does this mean I will finally have someone to run with me in Lightweight? I get dusted by 450's and slowly walk away from 250's.

Hahaha. I had a guy say "they make bikes?" The part that surprised me is that he knew they made cars.

I had someone tell me in all seriousness one time that "Triumph does not make a sport bike, never have." I pulled the tank bag off so he could see the Triumph lettering, "but they do make super sport bikes"

looks like the E model, I got excel wheels and all the tard stuff, just haven't put it on. no suspension stuff yet, but it needs to be set up for me.
wait, you're my height but much faster. so, now you have someone to run away from when the 250's are behind both of us. and I'll only see tim when he's railing past me. or tom, or john, or any of the ktm's. but it's gonna be so fun!

I usually point to my ear and tell them that my loud "mufflers" have deafened
my hearing, and ask them to repeat the question, again and again and again..they usually stop asking about the sixth time a walk away...
Or if I am feeling nice..I point to the Suzuki decal on the tank and then to SV1000 decal underneath the pillion...
