not saying he SHOULDN'T get off. but cop coulda done more...........hence the M endorsement ? he was still going to fast for conditions, hence the crash. oh, since he crashed he shouldn't get a ticket.........lol

i remember back inthe day, when if you were in a wreck, the person at fault used to get a ticket. made the case easier.........but this is diff. somehow.

Does he have a M endorsment? I don't know if I would have been the cop I wouldn't have wrote it. I hope he didn't call the cops.

Another question for ya Racer X. I just got some used wheels off ebay. If I roll the front wheel on a glued carpet surface should it be totally straight or would it wobble just a little? They were off a stunter's bike. (found this out later) Btw I go really fast if that makes a difference.

i'm guessing your trying to detemine if the wheel is true or not?

find somebody w/ an old skool balancer, basically a rod/stands and 2 cones to push up against the wheel. then you can see. or take it to a shop and watch them spin it up, and try and eyeball it.

get a stiff something (end of weight puller tool or???) that can reach the lip when on the balancer, hit the spin button, and hold that something steady......see if there's movement on the wheel.

thanks guys... oh and Jerrel I pm'd you the address(I was wondering about the title because my ticket is an extra $30 b/c its not registered...

the bike has more damage to the body.. i dont think there is anything wrong with the bike except the plastics, levers(brake+clutch)... someone said the handlebars wouldnt turn, but I havent checked it out yet.. it is probably because of the broke plastics... the bike just slid down the road on its right side without hitting anything and came to a stop...

I have no clue on what price i should sell the bike as is.. i think i would get more money claiming insurance, but i dunno

i need ATLEAST 3k so I can give my step sister a downpayment for her car...

I am going to try and get some pictures of the bike up

hahaha

poor bike

the damage to the bike is mostly to the body

as you can see the rear fairings need to be put back on, the front blinker got torn off, the right peg is off, front fairing crackes... bike starts up fine(havent tried driving it after accident).. father said the handle bars were hitting the fairings because of the brake lever.. easy fix...

I can get everything fixed and repainted if need be(any color you want. as long as insurance covers it)

Racer x with a dial indicater is read off 40 thousands. The book said 80 thousands was ok. What do you think good enough for street riding. I do some high speed wheelies btw.
