Its a good beater bike to learn on. Just ask intelligent questions about the maintenance and try to lower the price. 1500 wouldnt be too bad. 1200 ideal.
1000 depending on the answers you get. And look at those tires -looks kinda dry. And you dont want to spend 1/2 your time trying to keep this bike running ( maintenance /breakdowns / repairs). Good luck
