hid delay relay

http://cbrworld.net/forums/thread/290370.aspx

got it made but my hid kit plugs directly into the bulbs and doesn't require its own power source wires. i am thinking i should just be able to locate the positive and negative head light wires in the wiring harness and tap into that??

that seems more complicated than the install should be. If you want to power them up from the lights (plug and play) and it works, go for it. If they draw too much power/current, run a relay that powers them from the battery, triggered by either a fused lead or just a switch.

Why would you want to delay the time on them??
