00 r6 help

I got 00 r6 and the pump is growling.. I have a filter i can see and its bubbling like its pumping but its onlt half full.. Now when i ride it it starts fine but once you get about a quarter mile down the street it bogs down and will not go over 35.. then shuts off.. after a min of trying it will re start and do the same thing. Bad fuel pump????

could be. Also could be gummed up carbs, out of sync carbs, bad fuel.

What's the spark plugs look like? And do they stink like fuel?

but it runs great the first few mins of riding.. till you get through a few gears then it boggs till it dies. if it were the carbs wouldnt it do this all the time regardless of the time it was running. Im thinking i have a weak pump that cant keep up with the demand of the bike.. Anyone know the pressure specs
