lpgmcfm?L13&ampL216&ampL3&ampL4&ampitemDAI 1775079 631 37 G
Just wondering if anyone has any comments about these boots: DAINESE DR. JEKYLL LEATHER MOTORCYCLE BOOTS BLACK. Just got a pair and I like them so far.

Here is a link to cycle gear's website on the boots. Wore Alpine Stars like these before so i was looking for something similar but different.

http://www.cyclegear.com/spgm.cfm?L1...75079-631-37_G

Thanks for the help.

Nope, with a military discount of 10 % and a employee discount i only paid 116.97. Had a buddy of mine pick thme up for me yesterday. Otherwise I would have gone with a-stars again for 140.

they look comfy, but I don't like the lack of shin protection.

im sure you'll be happy with them but remember, i wouldn't use them as my primary riding boots. You should spend the extra money to get purpose built protection from a nice boot that more than covers the ankles and gives support. i dont think a foot peg going inside your leg is gonna feel too nice..

Your half right ..... i cant return them but if i get a bunch of bad reviews then i will go and but anther pair! rather spend the money twice then wear boots that might cause more injury or accidents! I spoke with a guy who wears them before i bought them and he likes them but thats one guy, the boots have a good rating just wondering if there is anyone else out there who has had any personal expericences with THESE boots.

then this post is spot on. they are a good brand, if they fit nice and wear well. more protection would be you only problem. is it as good as a "race" boot? NO, is it better then tenny's? YES.
