Isnt evasion a felony? I dont think cops just dont show up to a felony case. If I had a bullshit or legitamte felony charge you can be quite sure ill be showing up with legal rep.

Good plan... in theory.. but gets old too..

So the new news I have been meaning to post was that we had our case droped and chaged with reckless driving.. fines... and all..

over all part of me felt like I should fight it all the way, but we just figure take what we can get and go with it.. nothing more than money and time.... better than a felony.. gotta pay to play thats for sure....

Lessons learned...
Look in your rearview ocasionally.
...for you track riders....take it to the track.... yes I am a fan..
and don't follow Renzo when he is making a pass... maybe he saw something with shinny lights..

I FTFY.

Kids nowadays... I have met all kinds of racists and people that discriminate. Hopefully at some point you will realize it is easier to be equal opportunity and hate everyone equally so that way no particular group feels left out you rookie.

Yeah I am racist I hate living organisms, technology, and ideas, if I missed anything I hate that too.

btw GET OFF MY LAWN! SLOW DOWN! TURN DOWN THAT LOUD MUSIC!

$5000 and bail for the first evading case to get dropped after the grand jury saw it was obvious the case was bullshit.
$3500 and bail for the second evading case to get dropped to reckless driving even though we could have beaten it, driving to Montgomery county monthly sucked.
IMO! Thats excessive paying to play. Both times pulled I pulled over as soon as I noticed the car pulling me over. Never again...

DAM.... the courts up there are so backwards. They did everything they could to get money from me for a bs ticket. the drive and the slow courts system just makes you want to pay up so you dont have to deal with their bs anymore.

I'm seriously considering converting my bike to track only because of all the b.s. on the streets. Track is cheaper than bail and court costs.

As far as top end, the difference between 168mph and 180mph is not much. A 600 takes turns in neighborhoods better and has longer range before having to refuel. just sayin
