Angry Discrimination???

Ok.... Its getting old.. First I wanna start and ask every one what their thoughts are on riders being discriminated against here in H Town.. I know the same old dangerous, reckless, to fast, all the rest .. But are we all? My buddy just got pulled on his way home and the cop just told him the same thing.. Same old story..

What fo you think should be done about it? Does it exist, and is how can we make H Town a more bike friendly city?

Ask any cop that works 610 or BW8 on Weds nights, or RR, or the Forest, or out around Fayetteville....

The few ruin it for the many.

I ain't no saint on a backroad, but I don't run the same roads, every week, multiple times... choose the time and place wisely and pay to play if you get caught.

The new law about requiring MSF for your M was a direct result of all the problems with people riding dirty... again, it's all about perception.

For the everyday citizen that thinks I drive wrecklessly cause I own a sportbike I couldn't care less. For the officer there is nothing you can do but be polite to his face and give him the yes sir no sir. Nothing you say will change his mind. I got accused of speeding in the national forest because the officer told me he could hear me coming. Some guy on a Harley had wrecked into a tree and he made me pull over to yell at me. Told me to take a long look at the rider. Took the BS and rode off. Comes with owning a sport bike.

What are you asking? I've never been pulled over in Houston. I also don't ride like a "complete" either....

Radar System? Sounds like something nightrider would have. They make mirrors with radar detectors? Awesome. Where do you buy them?

You must be a member of the Route Gang for that type of technology.

Wait, wait, wait. Soooooo you're wondering why sportbikers are discriminated, yet you contributed to the "stigma" directly with an evading charge???
