If you like that show, you need to go to www.advrider.com ... all the same type of rides but by guys w/ no support cars. Some amazing stories there...I'm in the same boat, really up for taking an epic trip somewhere.

Yeah. Be careful though. You may find yourself on that site for hours on end.

My Dads friend did the Nurburgring in a minivan rental. You pull up to the track and it's got a toll both. You buy laps then drive in. His wife got out the van at the end and threw up on the track.

^^^^^^^^^^I'm still leaning towards Canada this summer. Dates are flexible. Let's see what happens.

I would like to ride this one time in my life (Stelvio Pass Italy). If you are taking a trip to Italy you have got to do this. Switchbacks are awesome.

i dont have a set fantasy ride. i guess something like 149, easy but fun. you can go fast and its pretty easy to not screw up and kill yourself. i dont like the thought of mountain roads. i know i like to get a little wild if im just out there having a good time by myself. i wouldnt like seeing how fast i could take a turn and then shoot off the edge or over a guard rail. i know i would totally do this.
i'd like something easy like 149N but more open, like a coastal surrounding. i like the beach a lot, but the roads are just straight, which is boring to me.
i'd like one of those adv rider type slugging it out across russia type deals, but thats a of a lot more money than i'd ever be able to put out.
