CL Find - SV1000S

Not a bad price from someone looking to pick up a 1000.

I e-mailed on it. Has a lien with a credit union. How do you all feel about purchasing a bike and waiting on title? How would you handle that transaction? Thanks-CB

Okay he exagerates a bit, but still a decent deal. I'm not sure I could sneak it into garage though.

Who knows... I have saw an indicated 120 on my 650

I would probably say not 175... more like + / - 150ish range (purely guessing)

Maybe he is talking fuel economy.. hahaha..

But Screw it... I sent him an Email... you can never have too many sitting around.

Compared to a 1990 Katana for 4500 that is a very good price

Guess I'll risk a divorce and offer him 2500. Trade for the CT pics that were circulating earlier today.

Did they tell you how much the lien was for? I may be taking a look at it today. Not sure about the seating position though. I am sure they make handlebar risers for this bike which may make it a bit more comfortable for me.

It is not that bad, even though they are clip ons they are still a bit higher than the supersport position.
