He is out of regs, but only because he is in uniform, out of uniform as long as you are not on post no reflective gear required. And suicide is about the only thing that will prevent SGLI from paying out.

I have a pic of the guy, but he was quite a ways away, and really it didnt look good.

on HWY6 near Westheimer.

-blue/white R6

-black ICON helmet with the white skull

-shorts, tshirt, and trainers.

- tat on his right calf. looked like a beet with the stalk on it.

( well thats what it looked like passing by. green top/ red blob on bottom.) no offence if its not a beet.


(incidentally 5 seconds prior, the camo wearing repsol honda dude passed in opposite direction)
