I'll go ahead and put myself here. About 8 months back ran to the mailbox about a mile in the hood when I realized. I'm that moron in shorts, a tshirt, sandals, and no helmet or gloves. WTF is wrong with me. Of course the entire hood saw me. Atleast I held my head in shame on the way back home.

I'm on the fence with the helmet. I've seen a drunk bar patron walk 5 feet, fall down, hit is head, look fine, and be in intensive care the next morning when his "brain" swelled up while he was pass out drunk. Couldn't help myself, "should have worn a helmet" just slipped right out to a room of " thats cold" dagger eyes. Felt bad. Karma got me back of course, bike broke down next day.

Then I read the statistics on broken necks from helmets (mainly cruisers with women on the back) and made me kinda rather have brain swelling than instant death or paralysis. I feel all helmets should come with a neck brace out of the box.

2 wooden cents worth.

Saw this last week. Probably the worst condition bike I have seen on the road. So sad what has happened to this Honda.

To the skinny guy riding a blue Ninja 250 down 1960 right now, I hope for your sake you have health insurance and for your family you have life insurance.

While watching you weave your blue 250 through all 3 lanes of traffic down 1960 in lunch time traffic I couldn't help but notice how well your cargo shorts, sweat shirt, slip on shoes, and flat black helmet are going to help you in the likely event that a car doesn't see you swoop around them from 2 lanes over and unknowingly puts you into a random stationary object along the side of the road.

Godspeed in advance...

What's wrong with it?? Looks pretty nice to me, except no side fairings

Paint looks pristine for a 1st gen Interceptor

I've seen a whole sub group of riders who do that. They love it.

Yep they call it "darkside" or something like that if I remember correctly.
