Lowering Strap Question

I just put my Lowering strap on. How low do you go? I know the bike only goes so low but I don't know if you guys measure or just take it down 2 inches. I tested mine and it seemed like it was around 2 inches. Any information would be helpful.

That's why I bought it. To run at the dragstrip. Testing it out Saturday.

Roll it forward with the strap in hand. Slam the front and take up the slack. Suck it as far down as you can.
