the ducati has the ability. no doubt about it. gregorio lavilla won on the 999 last year in bsb. leon haslam is doing good on it this year along with lavilla. inline 4s for top teams need jsut as much maintenance to keep them running too. sorry bud but a valve adjustment is needed on any sportbike engine some sooner than others. and it's easier to do when you only have 8 vlaves to adjust up against 16.
