Yup, the times that I've been (a lot) for some reason I've been fortunate to relax and enjoy my tall glass of Amber Ale (mmmm mmmm mmmm).. It get's pretty busy but there's always holes in the line .. I've become some sort of master ninja at getting my beer in less than a few minutes.

It does get busy though, that's why I made the meeting time early, so we can all stand in line and be some of the first in. that way we can grab a nice spot by the kegs.

They usually start letting people in at 10:45, but don't serve the beer till 11:00. I wanna be some of the people that get in at 10:45

Ah, I forgot, it's an entirely different format now. At the old brewery it was you had to be there by 1:15 or no tokens. They start the speech at 1pm - 1:30 or so, then tasting til like 3/3:30.

I think now at the new place they're doing it where you can come in at whenever you want through 2pm, and then they give guided tours I guess at certain times to groups, which I'm thinking I'll have to take since I haven't been around the new place yet.

they can't sell you beer at the brewery. that is why they sell the "tour" along with 4 tokens and a small glass. taking the tour is optional. as long as you pay the $7 upfront, you get the glass and the tokens. and you want more token, it would be another $7 for another 4 tokens.

they also have their own root beer (which requires no tokens). so keep that in mind. you would just have to have a glass.

you can also trade 10 6-pack st arnold's cartons in for a free tour too.

but saturday gets hella packed.

I don't think they allow you to just buy another 4 tokens, but I could be wrong. The whole deal with them in the first place is that they aren't allowed to sell beer at the brewery...they give you tokens because their license allows them to give taste tests to people who take the tour, thus pay $7, take the tour (or don't), get your tastes.

Unless maybe you're leaving and hopping back in line to go in again.

I was thinking the same thing...

Either way man, I have one of those big glasses so 4 beers is more than enough for me. Plus I don't think my Girlf friend will use all of hers...

So eugene are you coming and Saturdays are busy, but the have the room if you get there early...That's why 10:30am is a good time to do it.

PM inbound with number.

Let me know if you want me to pick anything up or throw a couple bucks your way when I get there. Whatever works. I don't know what everyone's planning on.

I might have an extra glass or 2 I can put in the car if anyone needs one (that I'll obviously want back afterwards ), and should have enough 6packs for 1, though I'm not sure if I'll spend them yet. We shall see.

Yeah, same ususally happens to me. It sucks they switched tokens though. I have like 8 left over from when they used to use the wooden nickels. Used to always bring them for when I really felt like getting down!
