I never ride with people I don't know.

I've been down and dropped my bikes many times.
But none were bad enough to hurt me or my bikes.
I know that it wasn't all me.
I just been very, very lucky.
So, I don't trust my luck anymore.
Everytime I ride, I check my bike, tires and my gear.
You'll rarely see me even in jeans and jacket.
I wear all my gear as much as I can.
I take my bikes in regularly to let professionals check with them.
I do everything I can.
But I can't control everything and that's the consequence of riding motorcycle and I'm willing to take it.
Like I said, I don't mean anything bad but everything has to do with luck. Even a professional riders get hurt or kill not because of their fault or wrong doing but others. You said that you don't like riding with others you don't know, what would you do if someone decided to tag along? Try to shake them off? Like I was telling my other friends, you have already signed your names on the death list when you bought or ride the bike. Just in matter of times, your names will be called.

It happens once in a while.
I normally slow WAY down to let them pass me or change the direction.
There were handful of times they won't go anywhere but stay right behind me.
Then yeah, I had to lose them (but this rarely happens).
I was able to lose uninvited people with these 3 methods.

What are your 3 methods of losing followed riders?
1. pull over and stop
2. come close to the exit and cross over 3 lanes and exited
3. flick them off?

What is wrong with fellow motorcyclist following you if you are not riding by yourself? You can never make enough friends but enemies is plentiful. How about, what if the followed riders is someone in this forum?

I never stop in the middle of nowhere when strangers are around.
That's just stupid.

I don't ride freeway much, so that's not gonna happen.

There are people behind me that I don't comfortable having around and you them off even more?
That'll be real smart choice.

Guys normally follow me when I ride alone.
They are just curious.
I have no interest to stop in the middle of my ride to fill up somebody's curiosity.

A lot of people from this forum I wouldn't be comfortable being around on the street.
