Not to take anything away from this vid, but at least 2 appear to have another message. In at least 2 of their examples the driver was thrown from the vehicle. It seems reasonable to me that seat belts may have prevented the ejection and maybe the deaths.

Maybe, but it wouldn't have helped the bicycle rider at all.
