Mean Gene Kelton Killed in Tragic Head on collision

Some of You may have known him, He was a dear friend of Mine. He fronted a band called "Mean Gene Kelton & The Die Hards". Gene was killed last night in a head on collision with a schoolbus in Crosby Texas. He swerved to avoid a Mustang that had stopped in front of him to make a turn and went head on into the bus....He was pronounced dead at the scene. RIP Mean Gene, Love You man!

Here are a few pics I took of Gene at events he played.

I heard this on the radio early this morning. They didnt give out info about the driver at the time, other than saying he was killed. They did talk about the 12 people on board, and that none were seriously injured. If I remember correctly it had 9 girls basketball players? and 3 other faculty members.

Sorry to hear about the loss of a friend.
