Good riding roads around friendswood

I know its a little bit chilly but it would be worth it to get out on some fun twisty roads. Anybody know any good ones within an hour of Friendswood (halfway to galveston down I45 from houston)??

You might try the Wednesday Night Meet and Ride in Pearland. I was actually surprised at the roads we travelled.

it would be easier to meet up with you and show you the routes rather than try to type all of them in a message.

We could do that some Sat. or Sun. afternoon.

What's the deal? I've heard that a lot lately. " I want to go for a good ride, but I don't want to have to ride out of the way to do it".
Even when I'm in a group and we go the wrong way and the lead of the group says sorry. Sorry for what making me ride more? That's what I came out to do today! In a car it sucks to have to drive far, but our bikes are built to ride!!! Oh yeah, they even run better when its cold out! They eat up that cold air!
You got me pumped now! I'm riding tonight! See you at PP1
