Alarm help

I'm thinking to get the Viper 791xv installed on my s2000.

On H-I, there is a site sponsor Stereo EFX, the guy quoted me....

I got the Viper alarm on my VR4 spyder. the guy hooked it up to work with the hardtop convertible. I can put the top down a quarter mile away

so it actually responds from that distance??? or is that what the box says? cause i'd like to be able to start my car from the office, and walk into a cooled car.

I used it on the 14th floor of a hotel in dallas and it worked way down in the parking lot. it'll work from a long ways away. I think the box might say 1/2 mile but i dunno anymore

i did talk to him, actually i was there this monday after work visiting a friend, i was gona stop by your shop and say hey, but you were closed :BangHead:
