There are some that can do it stock. I said goal. I sure didn't say you suck if you don't do it. 1.6's should be done for sure.

I will say that 1.6's take some practice. It helps if you have real big . Mine are small.

So, if I'm cutting 1.6's on a stock setup I'm doing well. That's the 60ft to shoot for on a stock setup.

Stock no. 8" over swingarm lowered and straped. Airshifter and Brocks alianhead 2.0+ on stock down to 1.7 with seat time
1.53 set as now

I think there should be a sticky with 1/4 mile times posted with your mods so people have some comparisons to go by.

1.6s are pretty good for a stock 1000, not lowered or strapped. Gotta remember these guys are running busas which are easier to launch and have a slightly longer wheelbase.
