How to reset check engine light?

I was wondering if anybody knew how to reset check engine light on a 2003 yamaha R1??? ive looked everywhere and i cant figure it out???

2008 YZF-R6 x2

i would guess its the same as the 2003 r6, so first you identify what the code is, fix the issue, then you must enter the bike into diagnostic mode, scroll to the code its throwing, and flip your kill switch off/on/off, it should clear the code, then if you fixed it all is good if you didnt fix it it will throw again when you try to start bike.

also going to the last diagnostic code, which should list how many codes the bike is throwing (total) and do off/on/off on the killswitch it should clear ALL codes the bike is throwing.
