Yea I've heard...I wanted to get started with my M.B.A. fresh out of my B.A. but in order to even apply for UT's business school, you must have had 2 years work experience, hence the reason I am only working now...which sucks because I feel I am slowly forgetting accounting and certain key principles of economics that will be paramount in any advanced business program...

It's better to have some real world experience IMO. Otherwise your just redoing what you had done during the undergrad prog. Don;t worry about the acct and fina. skills they will come back to you as soon as you get to class

I already have an Associate of Liberal Arts, and this semester is my last to complete a Bachelor's of Science. My major will be Criminal Justice and I'm minoring in Psychology. I have to take Human Sexuality, Abnormal Psychology, Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law 1, and Criminal Law 2. It feels good to finally be down to only 15 hours!

Go to pharmacy school. When I graduated in 1990 (yeah I'm getting old i guess ) The starting rate was 45g/ year. In 2001 it was 65g, now a Pharmacy manager can pull down 105-110k and staff Pharmacist make 95-100k. I own my own store now so those figures don't apply to me but if you can deal with a retail job, there is not much better.
