throttle getting stuck on zx6r

hey guys, whats going on.. i just noticed yesterday that when i accelerate that my throttle doesnt return back to its position.. i have read that i should first check if grips are rubbing against something else, to lube and check operation..
well... how do i lube the cables.. noob here.. thanks for the help
