Denting gas tank

Does anyone know how to dent the plastic cover on the cbr 600rr? I would do it myself if it was metal but I have never done plastic before and I would rather have assistance with someone who knows what there doing cause I don't want to screw it up.

i heard that you have to dent the metal under the plactic then use a heat gun to mold the plastic over the dent

I usually dent my tank by crashing, but that's just how I roll. Your results may vary.

Outlaw said it right. Just make sure you apply heat to the under side of the plastic cover not the side you see
