You can buy an '08-'09 for maybe $8k used........and probably closer to 6k
Brand new leftovers are around 9. So 6 would probably be it for an 08/09 used.

And the 11 will be stock street legal when they are re-released. There are no differences in either one of our bikes (08 vs 09, other than colors).

Whatever the reason, KHI will lie about. My 06 zx-14 had a valve cover gasket leak in the first year. Nine trips to dealer here in town later it still seeped oil. KHI informed me it was normal. Apparently after looking into it, is normal for Kawasakis. After getting an attorney they held to BS story. When the court date came they settled out of court. If they can't build a bike that doesn't leak oil, do you really think they can make the traction controll and all other fancy electronics work properly?????? The short answer is not a chance in . If you buy one, I know a great attorney that already got in that KHI once. I'm sure he will be glad to do it again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You sound like another happy Kawasaki owner...

Those who have taken delivery of a unit will be instructed to return the unit to the dealership for a full refund and will be among the first to have the option of receiving a new unit once the technical hold has been lifted.
Sounds pretty serious if they are giving FULL refunds on bikes already purchased....
