Might want to start with a 50. unless your insurance covers stupidity on a 09rr.

or if you are bent on learning on that bike.

I'm not a there yet, but like you I'm just starting out.Last weekend I pick up a 98 f3 smoking joe edition. My next step is a "stunt kit". Comes with 12bar,rear hand brake, cage and drive kit(2sprockets&chain).. I found it for about $760-780... If you google stunt kit, I'm sure you'll find something. Not sure if I can post the link to the site I found.Last month's street king had a good article on professional stunters and thier setups... Do you got a tooth size in mind? Striaght lot or are you going to stomp the street with it?

I still want it to be rideable on street but mainly for lot playing, and yes i know im gonna crash it, just like anything to learn you got to make mistakes. Also the main thing I want is handbrake setup, I been looking at the hohey designs. Around what size sprocket should I start with?

Like Miguel and George posted up, get in the lots, and learn back brake control. Gearing helps, but you can learn on stock sprockets. Ask George. He's been rockin em since 04 I believe. Get a cage like they said too. Your gonna fall. It's inevitable. The whole point to learning is clutching it up to BP (balance point) and staying there using throttle and rear brake. You wanna learn? Come out. Peeps will teach you. But their help is only there if your serious. If not, then good luck.

Stunt riding is a passion. Some seek fame, some seek self fame within themselves. Anyone can wheelie a bike by twisting the throttle. But making a bike do what YOU want it to like klassik, ownage and guys from stuntgarbage do, takes a lil more control than a twist o the wrist....

Sprockets will make you loop. Stay stock with just as cage. No gay stunt kit. As you get better you will see what you need.

09 cbr rr's have throttles that are connected to electronic servos and are very difficult to twitchy. Aaron Colton rode one eventually sent the ecu to Honda racing in Japan to have it reflashed thinking that might help he ended up trading the bike for a older model. Rodney Sargent also did the same and ended up buying a 03-04 kawi 636. So it looks like no one likes the 09 models :/
