depends what you are wearing. UA undies and tees still bad if you are wearing a full suit. if just a jacket you are fine. thats the reason for long pant and shirt, so the sweat doesnt make your knees and elbows stick when you are taking the suit off, it just slides off. Plus less chance of getting heat rash or whatever.

Cargos, or jeans. Regular t shirt. Leather Alpinestar jacket. I sometimes wear those under armor shirts, But i usually smell like afterwards.

more important than anything the under armour let's the suit slide on you as you're moving around on the bike. tha'ts important for the suit not to be stuck to you as you're moving around on the bike.
