if you have a bad meal at least drink a fiber rich drink mix like benefiber. it will help block alot of the calories and fat out.

Choi, don't mashed potatoes have a lot of calories? I think the calories double if you get food from someone else's plate too...

Just put on full leathers and go out for a ride. You'll sweat all those calories right back out!
