I just had 1,613 calorie lunch

It was my sick (excused) food from Whataburger.
I got - Whataburger Burger with Cheese 607 calorie
Medium Fries 386 calorie
Small Strawberry Shake 620 calorie
TOTAL: 1,613 calorie
That's close to my daily required calorie if I'm on a diet!
No wonder people gain weight so easy.

In case some of you want to look up for fastfood calorie, here's the site.

You're tiny - That's a lot of calories for you.

I take in about 4800 a day.
