Also heres a Video of a Viper crashing while leaving the C&C this weekend. The exact same reason the last C&C got shut down. A vette spun out and almost killed someone. Dont look like this C&C is goin to last long either
Vette Wrecking (Last time C&C shut down off of Post Oak)
Viper Wrecking (This past weekend C&C)

I realize there is a huge difference between the new ford GT's and the 60's era GT40's
but it DOES say GT40 on the side...

the prototype show car had GT40 on the side. The production car says "FORD GT" on the rocker. The GT was way taller than 40" at roof height.

Only six Daytona original coupes were built. You'd have to be an idiot to risk driving one on the street.

No doubt, but judging by some of the cars that were there it wouldnt surprize me....there were some expensive automobiles there and some were trailered in on enclosed trailers...go figure. I cant wait till the next one, I didnt get pics of NEARLY all the cars!

Man there is some serious hats going to and leaving these meets.....I mean c'mon.....some people should NOT be driving 400hp stock Vettes and 500hp stock Vipers....it's bad enough they don't know how to keep em going straight, IT's WORSE that they feel the need to show off in the first place. They are like Ricers but with more expensive cars with real power.

This is exactly why all of our local meets are short lived and why the cops hunt us down. Everyone trying to be a bad and showing off...

that vette came pretty close to those people. Unfortunately that's the nature of the beast. When you have a big event open to the public with little supervision, lots of horsepower, and even more testosterone that is what you get. It's like the really big group rides. There is always a couple of idiots. {INSERT NAME OF GUY WHO LOOPED BIKE BEFORE WE EVEN GOT OUT OF THE PARKING LOT ON GALVESTON RIDE IN MARCH}

1st saturday of every month, 8-10 AM. This is the new location, and hopefully permanent. Uptown Park got sick of it, and kicked the event out. That sucked, because it was a mile from me.

It is the First Saturday of the Month. It was held at 610/Post oak for several months but was cancelled due to idiots burning out and running from the popo
Now its held at the Imax/Dave Buster/Theater place on I-10 kinda close to Ikea
