Chad's doing my stator on my 150 right now....pretty reasonable. I caught up with Chad the magicman and Pimpdaub in downtown after critical mass and they were riding their street legal 50's at night. Looked like way too much fun.

Hellz yeah, there's a couple peeps on here who have fully legal 50s. Chad the magicman could definately tell you the cheapest easiest way to do it too.

chad (magicman) has done both Griff's fifty as well as my own! Don't let anyone con you into the ebay stator, and parts. The ebay stator coil is cheaply made, and only gives of enough juice to barely power a flashlight bulb. Chad's stators easily power REAL DOT legal headlights and taillights.

Yea buddy!

50 street lega?

First things first... you need a title, or a bonded title. then insurance, then inspection, the you go get it registered.

Heres what you need to get inspected...
