OLD is what you make of it...SIR

I would like to think experience is a good thing, But yes I do not drink and wrench up all night long.
But every now and then.....................

You must be young, enjoy it.
sorry to hear about the loss of your wife. thats a terrible thing to go through that i cant even imagine. but squoddy is just joking bout the old thing. you'll get used to the humor around here. those of us that are quite close to each other get down right brutal.

Wow. Super sorry about your wife. I can only imagine what you're going through; just lost my aunt to the devil, himself. It was horrible.

No offense intended/none taken. I think I'm young - not quite 40. Experience is the best thing.

And I don't mind that you called me Sir, either. I kinda like it.

Hope to see you on the streets some day

Condolences...
Riding will provide that spark to keep you moving. My husband has been gone 8 years now..I'm glad I took to riding it helps in it's own way.

Welcome to MH. My condolences go out to you. Ive been riding since 68 (not continously thought) myself and would not consider myself too old for a sport bike, time to go for it.

Just keep your eyes in the Meet and Greet forum section. There are always rides and meets for eats and to get to know people.

Are you from Houston? If so, I imagine you already know all the fun roads up to Yankee's and Livingston. If there's ever a ride posted that's led by TexLurch, join it! He's one of the very best, most experienced ride leaders on the board. He's my absolute favorite to ride with!
