I rode.

Gear
Olympia Jacket, forget which one but does a great job of keeping the cold out.
Fieldsheer pants
Cortech Scarab Winter Gloves - hands get cold but nothing terrible.

I have heated grips on the way now.

The wife and I did about 60 miles two-up on my 636 yesterday. Left the house about 0800. It was cold.

I was in a semi-perforated firstgear leather jacket, full gauntlet gloves, lid, jeans, and work boots. She was in a Speed and Strength textile with liner, shorty gloves, Icon Boots, lid, and jeans.

She doesn't want to do it again until it gets warmer, and she wants her own bike again. Two-up on the 636 sucks.

I rode Wednesday about 3p(I worked mid-shift) and it was awesome and felt great. But I also rode home after work(it was 39 degrees at 11p) and that felt not so great. Actually, it was brutal(about 40 mile ride).

I left the house yesterday morning, and it was 29 degrees. The ride to work is a little over 30 miles. I love the cooler weather because I will not be sweating when I arrive to work.
