btw, i heard on the AM that there was a study done with a field test showing that texting while driving actually impairs ones driving abilities even more so than being drunk. ive been trying to find that actual study via google but to no avail.

I believe Mythbusters showed that talking on the phone was more dangerous than driving at slightly over .08. Adam and Kari both did worse on an obstacle course.
