you gave fair warning, I don't see the problem. besides, so many helmets look way more bad than people's ugly faces, why would'nt you cover that with a richeous lid?

I still dont understand why people make such a big deal about what others do. Your not her parents or kids so what does it matter if they dont wear gear?

Didn't you already start a thread about this??

In this circumstance, I will side with you...You gave fair warning and even offer your gear... Too bad it's family...But they need to learn their lesson

Helping broke down riders with no lids

I used to give my mom a hard time about wearing her gear. She never listened.

Then within a week, one friend, who had been drinking, ran his Harley off the road and himself up good thanks to lack of gear. An ankle smashed so bad they wanted to amputate and some serious rash on his skull.

Then another couple had an accident in a parking lot. Car pulled out and the guy dumps the front brake. He hops off in time, but his wife's foot gets caught causing her head to get whipped into the concrete like the head of a golf club. Fractured skull. Permanent brain damage.

I don't have to tell my mom anymore.

breaking down is what triggers they're need to call mudbug for a lift... which he is more than willing to do if they would just respect the bike/road/personal safety/etc.

I'm on your side w/ this one, mud.

I have a feeling he would still go and pick them up...but he is trying to teach his Aunt a lesson by giving her an ultimatum...since she is a little more loose with her safety he will be more loose with his willingness to help...Like disciplining a kid.
