biker down today

A black and Chrome cruiser crashed right now near aldine westfield & louetta. He is alive and looks older. Looks as if, a white car hit him as if trying to do u turn. Idk.

I've never understood why people feel the need to post about every bike wreck they see, read about, or hear about.

I can appreciate telling the story is it was your wreck or a friend was involved. But why the need to broadcast that another random bike went down?

What's the deal?

I think that they see others do it so when they see/read about a wreck they want to report it too.

Perhaps he has friends on here that might want to check up on him. Also, it will add to the statistics which hopefully makes drivers be more aware of their actions because it affects others, too

I am new to the site but it's good to learn from other peoples mistakes. Even if it wasn't their fault it helps to learn what to be careful of. Somebody else's mistake might be a lesson for others. Again, I am not saying that the accident was the riders fault...
