The owner told me with my new triumph I would receive a 1000 dollar gift card for gear, two days later when I came in with my sizes to order said gear, they told me there was a mistake and I don't get a gift card. Triumph told me that was bullshit but they couldn't do anything about it because that promotion was at the discretion of the dealership. Then they did my 600 mile service, which on the day of the sale I was told was free, but when I went to pick up my bike I was billed 200 for a service that 12k miles later, I'm STILL PAYING TO FIX. They left bolts out causing an oil leak, and it's been oil into the air filter. If that's not enough for me to not like a dealership, then I don't know what is.
Ooh, wow, douchebag. Very mature. Maybe you missed the part in my post where I aknowledged that like any other business there are legitimate complaints. If your post towards me is indicative of the way you treat people, hmm. Sorry you had a bad experience there, I know all of mine were good.

Dude seriously? Do you really believe that? I have been dealing with the industry for a long time and I have personally seen Mancuso and others sell litre bikes to a kid who's mommy/daddy is footing the bill. Just like any other dealership would do, they are in business to make money. While there may be some salesman who would do the right thing the general rule of thumb is give the customer what they want and make as much $ as possible. And I agree with you but unfortunately it's not reality. Just like if you need full coverage most of them don't tell you to get quotes until you sign on the dotted line and the bike is yours.

Read my post about Mancuso.
I dont know of any dealership, bike, car, or boat, that would refuse to sell ANYTHING to ANYONE that has money.

I do know of a dealer in NY that was sued because he wouldnt sell an R1 to an 18 year old. He won the suit, but Yamaha pulled his dealership.

My bad experience with them...I got up early to replace the radiator on my Aprilia and it was taking me a while so I called them and asked if I could get in real quick and replace it while I waited. It's like an hour job. Said yes, went up there and was there for over 3.5 hours. Took them 2 just to start it. Got home and realized they didn't mount anything correctly and had to tear it apart and put it back together. Basicially was out $200 bucks and ended up having to do the job myself. What a complete waste of time and money. Then to top it all off I noticed the decorative side pieces on the radiator weren't transferred to the new radiator. Called and the parts were $80 and they said they already threw them away. Said they would give me credit and when I went up there to use the credit on some parts they said they had no idea what I was talking about. And on a side note...while waiting for my Aprilia some guy bought a new 1098 and was them out because as they were loading it he noticed it had 3 plugs in the tires of a brand new $20k bike.

Unfortunately Mancuso isn't going to take Aprilia with it but they are going to keep the other franchises.

And that I did not want any games and told them the minute they started playing games with me I was going to walk. Well they did the back and forth with the salesman running to the Manager as the price came down, back and forth, back and forth. Then the manager meets with me and finally says they can only go down to $2700. No problem. No sale. I went home and when I get home there is a message on the answering machine. It is the salesman saying that $2600 was OK and to come back and bring my money and buy it. I started unstuffing the 100 dollar bills from my matress and the phone rings again. This time it is the Manager and he says the salesman was wrong and they had to get $2700. I said thanks for jerking me around and playing games with me and wasting my time and the next day I bought one off of Craigs list. Never again will I buy anything from a Mancuso store.

Some place have good sales team and sevice team. Eximport had terrible sales and terrible service. Mancuso seems to have terrible sales team depending on location but a good serivce team. I have not had or heard anyone having a bad service experience with them

Exclamation

I've heard that they might be closing down. As far as the date, it may not be until next year. The inventory is not sold yet so if you try to buy a bike from them right now , you can probably get a badass deal so good chance to jump on this! My friend just recently bought an 07 ZX-10r for 5k with an Akropovic exhaust!!!

There's some pretty cool guys that work there but the way the company runs the business sometimes does make them seem like a douchebag :(

Don't ask how much it is. Just offer a price.

Just sayin.........
