You never know till you go down and see how they held up, but any boot like an icon, sidi or whatever will work better than those workboots you first showed, they will never be casual shoes no matter what you buy, dress for the crash not the ride

I ride in Icon boots right now. I like the the field armor boot you show.

One thing is what you need to do when you get off the bike. Most people don't know I am wearing a MC boot when I wear them and, while not tennis shoes, they are reasonably comfortable to wear around the office.
