Yeah. If I can't find one at wal-mart or reasonably priced at Party City, then there was a t-shirt at Kohl's for like $6 that looked like a Santa suit (kinda like the tuxedo shirts) that I'll probably get to throw on with a hat.

PP1 = the Starbucks on Post Oak, across the street from the Galleria.

For anyone else looking for costumes...neither my Wal-mart nor Target had them, but Party City does, and the cheaper ones are $30 for suit, hat, and beard. Just FYI.

Oh, and who all is making it for sure? Doesn't look like an official list ever got started.

just an idea for the hardcore. i would cut off the cigarette adapter & put two alligator clips to hook straight to the battery for the night.

i'm really hoping to make it out with you all.

HOw does this ride work? Do you just head off to your respective towns and hand them out? Looks like I'm free Saturday and would like to tag along, just have no idea where anything is in Houston area.

So do we have an official list thread? I am planning to do this but don't want to ride all the way to PP1 and fight the INSANE Galleria traffic to meet up with two people. We could just do a Northside group and a Southside group?

Just throwing it out there.

Perhaps we should start a new thread to get an official list and maybe route decided? I plan on making it, but there seems to be a general lack of interest and info in here. Someone suggested before that maybe it's just because it's a sticky and be overlooked?

We dress up as Santa (not required) and hit shopping malls, target, etc. where people are and hand out candy canes. lots of fun, check the vids and pics from previous rides.

If you really want to do the suit thing, the only place I've found them has been Party City for $30 - $40 depending on what size you need (for the cheapy ones). It includes the jacket, pants, hat, belt, and beard.
