i think you're gonna have to make some sacrafices to be able to get a better job than at a wal-mart or anything similair to. i'm not trying to judge you, or say you aren't trying, but to have a child and to only be making $200 every couple weeks isn't right. you definately need to try and get a nice set of clothes to make the right impression at an interview for a real job. not only for you, but for your kid.

now, i don't know your current financial status, but the way it sounds you're not too desperate for a job, so you may be pretty well off from another source of income. but don't only think about right now. think about your future.

I am not trying to bring ya down, but I agree. Borrow a friends clothes or something, you can find some good discounted clothes at salvation army. , I know someone who works at Wm and I know from seeing their lives for the last 6years that wm will not take care of ya. I know you probably think I am just downing ya but I am not. I have a very fkd up past. I left an abusive ex to start over by working full time and being a full time student, and mother of four. It is just plain hard, but well worth it. I have offers from a chemical plant and oil refinery with the jobs starting in Oct. it has been a long hard road and if you decide that it is worth the work, it will pay off for you also.
Sometimes it is hard to see past what will be hard to do, just to see what is woth doing it for... your and your childs future.
I wish ya the best.
