Stand-up scooters goin down Kirby

WTF?:confused1
These two guys were just cruising along at about 40mph right next to me on kriby.

They weren't normal gas powered scooters that you see on a college campus. These had taller tires, about the size of a honda moped. the motor was above the rear tire, and could see it bouncing around from the suspension. They also had head lights, brake lights, turn signals, and License plates!

Does anyone know about these things?

Well the guys weren't too slim, but i don't think i would call them chubby.

One dude had a pipe that stuck up about 2 feet past his motor. Both scooters were quite loud.

With that suspension they had, it looked like a smooth ride.

They were weaving through traffic.
