Haha, i'll admit that i 9 times out of 10, i used to ride a wheelie if the road was clear and i had the opportunity. Riding a wheelie on the way to work in the mornings blows a cup of coffee right out of the water.

Dude, the first wheelie was an accident...and the second one was on purpose, i went higher and a little longer but I don't think it was long enough for the back break to be significant...or maybe...I dunno, like I said, it was my first one so I didn't consider everything, my goal just to get it up.

And listen to these guys. Everyone I've ever talked to about wheelies say cover the brake.

I'll just leave it to you young cats that recover more quickly than us seasoned fellas.. lol (When you're young, you break a rib, get up and say "Ouch.. this sucks" but after 30 a stubbed toe hurts for a week. Please don't tell me 40 is even worse as I'm about to be knocking on that door)

I was just trying to help. I would assume you will keep trying it. That brake is way more effective than letting out will be in case you go too far.

I would bet against that. Since I'm married I will leave that one alone. It's in my best interest.

No worries man, that's why I said thanks (or if I didn't now I did)...but I just wanted to point out that I wasn't thinking abot much, just getting the front up...
