Question Why are they all closed?

I am curious as to why all the threads regarding the Houston Noise Ordinance Issue have been closed? This is still an active issue, and has generated alot of discussion. I realize that Holtsclaw has shown up again (as BUSAMAN), but I think we are all smart enough to figure that out. After all, isn't this a discussion forum?

Dave C basically said it was b/c people refuse to act like adults on the topic.

Because they all inevitably turn into emotional and overly opinionated bashfests.

Hey, its open again.

Well, in all fairness, the guy gets to give these tickets for ever but people have to stop discussing it after a few people here get tired of it.

I can see how it gets heated, but it IS a hot and sensitive subject that is negatively affecting a lot of hard working people in a very bad way. And I can see where it gets old for some but not for every one.

This IS a discussion forum about bikes and this is something that seems to be affecting a lot of bikers directly and its even news worthy.

So it should be open for debate, in my opinion. Especially since its finally being recognized by the media and brought to light to others outside the realm of motorcycling.

Someone once said, PITTB and I must agree with that.

I say FTP, but only the ones that deserve it. Many great folks out there doing their job and doing it well that give a . Not all cops are bad.

Not about censorship its about people acting like adults. Some people cannot.
